Isopon P38 polyester filler can be used on the following surfaces:-

• Bare steel, degrease and abrade with P80 paper.
• Original paint surfaces (with the exception of thermoplastic acrylics) degrease and abrade withP180 grit paper.

Isopon P40 polyester glass fibre filler is a two component chemical paste used for the bridging of holes and rust in surfaces such as steel and GRP. Isopon P40 forms a very hard durable surface and can be sanded and shaped if required. It is easily covered with standard polyester filler P38 or can be over-painted directly

Isopon P40 polyester filler can be used on the following surfaces:-

• Bare steel – degrease and abrade with P80 paper, remove all traces of rust.
• Original paint surfaces (with the exception of thermoplastic acrylics) - degrease and abrade back to bare metal with P180 paper

Isopon Alloy Wheel polyester body filler is filled with Aluminium and manufactured under vacuum to give an ultra smooth surface finish. Isopon Alloy Wheel filler is used for the filling of holes and imperfections in surfaces such as steel and fibreglass and has been specially formulated for the professional user, its aluminium composition enables ease of application and combines superb sanding properties and a fine surface finish prior to painting.

Isopon Alloy Wheel filler can be used on the following surfaces:-

• Steel - degrease and abrade with P40 paper.
• Aluminium – degrease and sand with P80 paper.
• Original paint surfaces - degrease and abrade back to bare metal with 180 grit paper

Isopon P38, P40 and Fastglass Hardener is for use with polyester based fillers from the Isopon range.  For those times when the quantity supplied with the filler is just not enough

Cataloy Knifing Putty fills surface scratches, chips and scores. Requires no pre-mixing and gives an extra smooth finish prior to painting

Isopon Bumper Fill is a flexible two component chemical paste used for filling scuffs and scratches in plastic parts. Bumper Fill can be used as a finishing filler and has been specially formulated for the professional user and combines high flexibility and adhesion together with ease of application

Bumper Fill polyester filler can be used on all plastic provided that the following preparation is undertaken:-

• Abrade the damaged area with 80 grit paper
• Pre-clean – apply degreasing solvent onto a cloth, wipe the damaged area, allow to dry
